# 01C Working Conversation

Colleague: What do you work on at the moment, and how would you describe your role to someone outside your team?
Me: I develop small software products, and I usually organize the requirements, review the results, and decide what we should improve next.
Colleague: Who uses your language website, and what does an ordinary learning session look like for a new visitor?
Me: It is for adults learning Chinese; they can read a lesson, practice useful sentences, and save vocabulary for later review.
Colleague: Do you build everything yourself, or do other people and AI assistants help with parts of the work?
Me: I use AI assistants for development and explanations, but I review the important decisions and remain responsible for the final result.
Colleague: That sounds clear; could you show me one example so I can understand the product from a learner's point of view?
Me: Certainly; let us open a short lesson together, and I will explain what the learner can do at each step.
